1. Subscription & Billing

ChannelStudio.ai operates on a recurring subscription model (monthly or annual).Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.Charges are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.To cancel, go to your account settings or contact us at [email protected].Once canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your access will be revoked.

🚫 We do NOT offer prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

💡 We do not offer refunds on subscription fees except in the following cases:

✅ Duplicate Charges

– If you were charged twice due to a billing error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.

✅Technical Issues

– If our platform experiences prolonged service disruptions (beyond 48 hours) that prevent access, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

✅ Unauthorized Charges

– If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.

4. No Refunds After Billing Cycle Renewal

Refunds will NOT be issued if you fail to cancel before your renewal date.Once a subscription is renewed, the charge is final, and no refunds will be provided for that billing period.To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle starts.

5. Free Trial Policy

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial to test the platform before committing to a paid plan.If you do not cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically start, and the first charge will be applied.No refunds will be given for forgetting to cancel before the trial ends.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider:

Your account may be immediately suspended or terminated.We reserve the right to challenge fraudulent chargebacks and provide evidence of your agreed subscription.If you have concerns about a charge, please contact [email protected] before filing a dispute—we’re happy to help resolve issues.
